This document has been written to provide for schools, officers and others to receive clear guidance of when School Community Police Officers’ (SCPO) services can be utilised by schools to deal with incidents in school which fall under the umbrella of the School Crime Beat Protocol.
School Beat Protocol
This protocol has been agreed between the Welsh Police forces and the Directors of Education in Wales and provides guidance on the procedures for dealing with incidents in school.
