Family Lives is a national charity providing help and support in all aspects of family life. If, your child is being bullied and you would like to speak to someone urgently for advice and guidance, please contact Parentline on 0808 800 2222.

Alternatively you contact Parentline through the family life website and they will try to get back to you within approximately three working days.

If you think your child is being cyberbullied and you would like emotional support, you can call Samaritans on 08457 90 90 90 or contact them through their website

If the messages are of a sexual nature report this to the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP).
